Geo-binding is preserved, so this is the safe way to drop a flagged IP. Omit antidetect_browser_proxy_sid to take the least-loaded active proxy of that country, or pin one (a pin from another country is refused, 422 proxy_country_mismatch). Platform-owned browsers only, 422 managed_proxy_forbidden_for_owner; a platform row that never got a proxy is 422 proxy_not_managed; a country with no other active proxy is 422 proxy_replacement_unavailable. A running browser is stopped and started again so the new IP takes effect; result.restarted reports whether it came back.
