Follow a LinkedIn member as this account, so their posts reach its feed. One-way and needs no relationship: you can follow anyone whose profile allows it, connected or not, which makes it a common warmup step before a connection request. IDEMPOTENT: following someone this account already follows returns 200 with the same terminal state, so a repeat is a success, not an error. The wire cannot tell a fresh follow from a repeat, so read get_linkedin_account_my_following first if you need that answer; either way the call spends one networking_general unit (40 a day, 180 s apart). Pass target.nickname whenever you know it, even alongside ln_id: it saves LinkedIn a member lookup and cuts the action from three wire requests to two. Identity-bound: linkedin_account_sid REQUIRED, 429 on saturation. Writes nothing locally; the follow list catches up on the next get_linkedin_account_my_following refresh.
