Enrich person posts

Posts authored or reshared by the target, newest-first: the personalization goldmine before outreach. Reshares carry the original in reshared_post; created_at is ISO 8601. 2 credits/page, cached 7d. This is the target’s OWN feed; to harvest who ENGAGED with a post use the scraping surface. A public_identifier-only call needs a stored URN.
